Drake is keeping fans fed.
As he gears up to release his ninth studio album, the OVO rapper came through with his Central Cee-assisted track “Which One.” Drake teased the drop Thursday on social media, with a premiere during his “Iceman Episode Two” livestream before the song was released.
Drake previewed “Which One” during his July 12 performance at London’s Wireless Festival. Footage from the set showed Drizzy on jamming out onstage while the cut blared through the speakers.
You can stream the song on Apple Music and Spotify now.
“All the girls that’s here for the truth/Come put both hands on the DJ booth,” he was heard rapping. “Make me lift up ya gown, know your face so sweet, wanna spin you around/ If I go late, gang, I’ll bring you around/ If I go to the bar, I’ll bring you around, which one?”
“Which One” arrives as Drake warms fans up for Iceman, the long-awaited follow-up to his 2023 album, For All the Dogs. On July 5, the Toronto artist dropped the project’s first single, “What Did I Miss?,” which seemingly referenced his highly publicized beef with Kendrick Lamar.
“You switched on the guys and supported a hater/Let’s go/What’s a get back for n**as? It’s TBD/I look at this shit like a BTC, could be down this week, then I’m up next week,” Drake rapped. “I’m back in your city tonight, walkin’ around with my head high/I saw bro at The Pop Out with them but been dick riding gang since ‘Headlines.’”
“What Did I Miss” debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 behind “Ordinary,” Alex Warren’s pop track that dominated the chart for weeks. Although “What Did I Miss?” marked Drake’s 74th Top 10 hit, he was clearly dissatisfied with its chart placement.
“Suppressor on the 1 spot,” he captioned an Instagram Story of the July 19 Hot 100. “I’m taking that soon don’t worry one song or another. Rule changes and all.”
Drake, who is now touring in Europe with PARTYNEXTDOOR, has not announced Iceman’s release date, but reassured fans it was “coming soon.“
