FOX Sports has reportedly moved on from star host Joy Taylor in a major shakeup on television.
The 38-year-old Taylor and three FS1 shows, including one in which she hosted, will also not be renewed by the network.
Taylor’s contract was up this summer and wasn’t renewed.
Speak, the program that Taylor co-hosted, along with the network’s two morning programs, Breakfast Ball and The Facility, have been canceled by Fox Sports, The Athletic reported.
Colin Cowherd’s The Herd, which starts at noon ET, and First Things First with Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes at 3:00 pm ET will continue their usual time slots.
FS1 is also expected to make new shows to take over the cancelled shows’ time slots, per The Athletic.
Fox Sports did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Taylor is the sister of NFL icon Jason Taylor.
She is known for her strong opinions and discussions concerning the NFL.
Taylor co-hosted Speak with NFL legend Keyshawn Johnson and Paul Pierce.
She had been with Fox Sports since 2016.
Taylor previously hosted Undisputed, where she moderated between Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe.
Taylor also appeared on The Herd and had her own self-titled radio show.
In 2022, Taylor was announced as the host of Speak.
However, Speak’s ratings weren’t what Fox Sports wanted at the end of the day, according to The Athletic.
The same reason was given for canceling Breakfast Ball and The Facility.
Breakfast Ball featured host Craig Carton alongside NFL icon Mark Schlereth and sports radio talk show host Danny Parkins.
It’s Carton’s second show at the network after leaving his WFAN radio program in 2023.
A return to WFAN isn’t out of the realm of possibilities, per The Athletic.
The Facility was hosted by former NFL players Emmanuel Acho, Chase Daniel, James Jones, and LeSean McCoy.
The program began less than a year ago.
