A crash on Highway 133 near Rawlins Road in Pulaski County on Monday morning resulted in the death of a 54-year-old man from Richland, Missouri.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 8:00 a.m. when a northbound 1999 Chevrolet Silverado crossed the center of the roadway and struck a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The Silverado then collided with a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country, causing both vehicles to leave the left side of the roadway.
The Chrysler struck multiple trees, while the Chevrolet struck a tree, returned to the roadway, and then went off the left side again, striking a fence.
The driver of the Chrysler, a 54-year-old man from Richland, Missouri, was wearing a seat belt but was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:19 a.m. by the Pulaski County Ambulance District. His body was transported to Waynesville Memorial by the Pulaski County Coroner.
The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado, a 19-year-old man from Richland, Missouri, and the driver of the Toyota Tacoma, a 67-year-old man from Dixon, Missouri, were both wearing seat belts. The driver of the Toyota Tacoma sustained only minor vehicle damage and was able to drive away from the scene.
The Chevrolet Silverado and the Chrysler Town and Country were totaled and towed by TC Towing.Â
This was Troop I’s second fatality for the month of April and the seventh fatality for the year 2025.
