The Brewers triggered a famous free-burger promotion by sealing off a 12th consecutive victory Aug. 13 against the Pirates.

Interest will be high for Milwaukee Brewers fans on Friday, Aug. 15, as the team pursues a franchise-record-tying 13th consecutive victory in Cincinnati against the Reds. Plus, rookie phenom pitcher Jacob Misiorowski returns from the injured list to start the game.
But the game won’t be seen on FanDuel Sports Wisconsin. It will appear instead on Apple TV+, part of the streaming network’s “Friday Night Baseball” package. And, yes, that means fans will need to have access to a subscription.
Coverage of the Reds and Brewers will begin at 5:30 p.m. CT, with the game starting at 5:40 p.m.
Announcers Rich Waltz, David Ross and Heidi Watney will work the game in Cincinnati.

Jacob Misiorowski will start for the Brewers as they go for a 13th consecutive win
The Brewers didn’t announce a starter for the Friday game until about 2 p.m. Misiorowski (4-1, with a 2.70 ERA) had been on the injured list since Aug. 3 with a tibia contusion.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy reiterated after the win Aug. 13 that Misiorowski would pitch somewhere Friday, either with the Brewers or on a rehab assignment.
The Reds will counter with right-hander Nick Martinez (10-9, 4.49 ERA).

Milwaukee has only won 13 games in a row one time, kicking off the 1987 season. Milwaukee could tie the franchise record with a win Friday and surpass it with a win Saturday.
